Delivery Time Frame#

Delivery time frame begins from time of dispatch and not from time of purchase. 

We usually dispatch the item within 1 - 3 business days and our average dispatch time is 1 business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for dispatch of English Willow Bats when you choose Match Ready Service at the time of purchase as Oiling Process is a time consuming process.

Standard Delivery time may vary between 1 – 10 business days and Express postage delivery time can vary from next business day delivery to delivery within 3 days. Please note, regional suburbs may take a little longer than the metro areas. We also request you that sometimes postal delays & delivery errors can occur and are beyond our control as a third party is being used so we request you to be patient. Also the weights can vary with different manufacturers and the guide below specifies the estimated weight. If the item you bought is not listed below, please contact us to check if it is eligible for International Postage.
